Terms and Conditions

MarketWise offers various text message programs, including news alerts, investment research updates, marketing and promotional offers, partner marketing and promotional offers, and other informational content. When you opt in to one of those programs, you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

  1. Text messages–including Short Message Service (SMS) messages, Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) messages, and Long Code messages–may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (also known as an auto-dialer).
  2. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services from MarketWise.
  3. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
  4. To unsubscribe from a text message program at any time, reply STOP to the message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from that program. To re-enroll, simply sign up again as you did originally.
  5. If you are experiencing issues or need help, reply HELP to any message or contact Customer Support at [email protected] or by calling (888) 438-9694 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.
  6. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  7. Text message programs are currently available in the United States. International availability may vary by program.
