Brian,

Thanks again for a great presentation on Trend Alignment. The flow of information in the presentation was great. After seeing this presentation it ties in better what you say on a daily basis on your blog. I know that what you say - is truly what the market (price) is telling us and not what your position may be (as in the case of some other bloggers). I look forward to reading your book when it comes out.

Brian,

Thanks for putting up the class, it was very informative. Brought some clarity, for me, to the way to look at the market or a specific stock. Also a better understanding of the way you look at the market or specific stock on your blog (video) posts. Definitely would be implementing the ideas as part of my own trading. Something to consider for future classes: some example(s) showing the application of the techniques would be appropriate to better drive home the concepts. Like a walk-through a specific long or short case, I think would really help. Great class!

Cheers, Goke

A logical methodology to an un-logical market. Look forward to your next class....

Brian,

Sorry I didn't get this to you sooner. I had to run back to get some other work done after the class. I'm very grateful for your approach and you did a good job teaching it.

Thanks so much for your class today. I knew it would be good because I've been watching your blog for the past several months. I've been making money using your ideas but sometimes I feel like I could be doing a lot better. Today I learned more precision about trading that I'm going to enjoy using. Like you said, trading is an art. I'm grateful that you provide some of the tools to paint the picture better.

Brian,

As a day trader that has only been in the business for a year now, your trend alignment class was an eye opener. You taught me to take a step back and see the bigger picture amongst many other details. I look forward to future classes.

Thanks,

Kevin

Brian,

A very informative presentation on how to make the trend your friend. You demonstrate that technical analysis does not have to be overwhelming and complicated. I had already learned so much from viewing your blog and learn much more today.

Anne

Thank you, Brian. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your class has been worth every penny. Your style or method is so similar to what I have been trying to do for so very long, but with much uncertainty and inconsistency. After today's class I have that much needed clarity and objectivity. Those missing pieces to my consistency. I started following your blog about a month ago and this past month has been my best month ever. Today's Trend Alignment Class was a real education on "objectivity," and I only expect things to get better from this point forward. The class was very clear and easy to understand. I could have gone on listening for many more hours. It was like learning how to solve a very complex puzzle and now knowing the objective rules for solving any puzzle anytime. Again, thank you very, very much.

Andre

Brian,

Brian, Thanks to you and Terra Nova for today's outstanding broadcast. I am new to "swing trading" and the information provided today will go along way in making me successful. The up/down trend and resistance portions were very informative. Also, thanks for the blog - it is the first site I check each day.

Best Regards,
Greg B

Brian,

It was a great informative class. You had enough information for a full day seminar. I have been looking around for identifying stocks in the 4 stages and you did a really great job in covering that in detail. The offer for Market Profiler for a month made my day. I listen to your posting on your blog religiously and have learnt a lot from it. Your suggestion to read Stan Weinstein's helped me in understanding the market cycles a lot better. You are doing all of us a great service and continued success to your blog. Once again thanks for the class and let us know if you have any more upcoming seminars.

Thanks
Hari

Brian,

REALLY GREAT class today! The ideas you presented were very clear and well organized. Also, it's very apparent you are extremely knowledgeable about the markets and trading. I feel very confident that this seminar will help me achieve the next level in trading that I've been looking for. Thanks again.

Brian,

I thought the class was very informative. It would be nice if you had other classes. It certainly revealed many fine points to trading, which I have not read before.

Brian,

I've been a trader for many years. I've participated in many seminars. After today, I can say that this is the best money on education I've spent in a long time. I found your 3 1/2 hour presentation to be most excellent! Being a lecturer, I found your teaching very systematic and concise. More importantly, your many years of experience as a trader came through with example after example. It is obvious that you are very insightful about market psychology and the use of price, volume and moving averages in your execution of stock trades. I've always loved your daily blogs and now I know the power of the mind behind it! EXCELLENT JOB!

Brian,

Thanks for your efforts in the class. I both appreciated and enjoyed it.

I admire your ability to break your train of thought in the lecture to answer a question and then to return to the lecture. I think it a valuable talent.

You "talk" better when you have your pencil in hand. As you draw S/R and trend lines, etc., I find your explanations get more detailed and specific. Again, a valuable talent.

I thought the class well worth the cost. As an investor who has decided to move a portion of his account into swing trading, I cannot think of a better introduction. I will have no fear of recommending the class to others.

Cheers: Jim C

I echo what Ronald M and Jim C had to say about your class today. Very concise and efficient. The people who might have been looking for a "system" are likely not as impressed as I. It's refreshing to hear from a pro that black boxes, stochastics and "systems" are not gifts from the Messiah. People (so-called pros) who "sell" those systems are little more than modern-day snake-oil salesman.

Brian,

Thank you for an awesome class today! It was time and money well spent. Before today I had heard many of the things before but I did not know how to properly interpret what I was seeing. You were able to really explain it in a way that I understood. It is very interesting to hear about the various forces at work in the market. Also I was able to identify 2-3 things I was doing incorrectly and I will fine tune many more. After following your blog for almost a year now this class was exactly what I hoped. You do a great job sharing your experience with others and every bit of the information was trult valuabe. Tell me when the next class will be!!!!!

Thank you,

Brian,

Just a note to express my appreciation for the class on Friday. As a somewhat new trader trying to find my way, your insights are the most valuable I have yet come across. I learned more in three hours than I had in the last year. I'm thankful to have discovered the blog site, and look forward to learning more every day.

Brian,

Great course, very informative and allowed you a birds eye view into the true way you analyze the market on a day to day basis. The PowerPoint provided will be an invaluable reference, much cheaper than the books upon books which have turned out to be useless.

Thanks and hope to send you some of my ideas in the future;

Brian...

I really enjoyed your class today... time and money well spent. I have been trading for a couple of years now and am always trying to learn and sharpen my skills. I enjoy how honest and low key you are. I respect that. I review your blog often and really find myself learning a lot from it. Setups and learning the right time to buy is priceless.

This was my first marketwise class and can't wait to take more... I can't wait to try to profiler.

Thanks again and have a great weekend.

Ty - 10/20/06

PS... occasionally i email u with questions and wanted to make sure you know how much I appreciate your honesty and promptness of your replies...

Thanks Brian,

Your course was an eye opener. The material was presented in a clear and concise manner. I am tired of losing money from betting on so called gurus "fundamentally sound," stock picks. The application of this course will empower me to profit through objective analysis instead of guru reinforced hope.

Thank You

Brian. With High Regards Vic - 10/20/06

Hello Brian,

Greetings from Paris, France!

What a great course – great depth, but easily understood by the beginner.

My comments:
  1. Consider making the course 3.5 or 4 hours . . . it is so fast moving and captivating that I would have given another hour of my time.
  2. Don’t eliminate slide 83 . . . you talked it in a valuable and meaningful way.
  3. The business plan slides are really valuable to me personally. You may wish offer discussion of this topic alone if you feel you cannot fit it into this course, because it is very appealing to those of use having an entrepreneurial disposition.
  4. I really liked the fact that you mentioned how much misinformation there is out there. I would like you to go more deeply into explaining how many of the traditional indicators (MACD, etc.) are really not worth the effort – emphasize that the trend and mastery of multiple time frames provide all that one requires – but they must be mastered.
  5. I would like to hear more anecdotes of your successes and non-successes over the years, so I could learn from your experiences. I feel they are valuable because they are real world applications of the tools, rather than half-baked theories you get in the books that are based upon back tested data manipulated to fit someone’s theory. You experience is leadership by example.
  6. After we have taken the course, please let us know what level of contact/interaction with you via e-mail is acceptable. Do you mind if we ask you question and bounce our ideas off of you in order to avoid mistakes that you recognize and we are ignorant of – also, perhaps we can contribute something back to you.
  7. You might consider advising the students of what other courses/topics you already teach, or are willing to teach. I know I would like to take other courses from you
That’s all the input I can offer . . . I hope you find it of value.

Thanks so much for your time today. This was both valuable and enjoyable.

Regards,

Barry K. - 10/20/06

Hi Brian,

I don't know if this is a duplicate email. I looks like the other one didn't go thru. I really enjoyed your seminar today. What I liked about it was that the material was well organized and concise and it gave us real info that will help to define our priorities. It was refreshing not to hear the same old rehash of useless, common, indicators that you often get in trading seminars. One suggestion. Merge audio with computer so you don't have to hang on the phone for three hours. It would also lessen distractions.

Thanks and great work. Keep it up!

All the best,

Harlan - 10/20/06

Brian,

Outstanding class this morning. I learned to appreciate your no-nonsense and straight shooting style from your daily videos. The class was well structured, very informative and will really help me in the process of demystifying the technical analysis. As you stated "It is not a science, it is an art", and as with any art this also leaves a lot of room for personal interpretation. I like the techniques and disciplines you teach in this class and they will surely help me in my daily efforts to make the right trades.

As for the daily video, I like to thank you helping me through that difficult process of accepting losses. It is so easy to get excited about the wins, but those $%#$ losses.............. Every book writes about it, but to hear you talk about it when a trade does not work your way is very refreshing. "No reason to get involved in this stock", "We got stopped out with a small loss". Although you have picked great wins, I learn as much about how you deal with losses.

Keep up the good work.

Thanks,

John - 10/20/06

Hi Brian,

Thank you for allowing me to benefit from your years of experience in a focused session via your online class. Based on your daily analyses via Alphatrends, I have made more money and have preserved the gains more consistently than I was able to in the past. I just participated in your online class and have gained a fundamental understanding of what goes on behind your analysis of each trade. The insight I have gleaned from your class, "Profiting from Trend Alignment", will provide a foundation for a more disciplined approach to my future trading. I do intend to take each trade and "make it my own".

Thanks again for offering this class. It came along just as I was wondering if you offered classes. I look forward to your next class.
