BEST: Interesting selection of international investing
forums focusing on countries not often covered by active traders, such
as Russia, Hungary, the Netherlands and some Scandinavian countries.
WORST: A bulletin board is only as good as its postings,
and unfortunately some of the forums are sparsely populated.
